Trust repair asset · warm-channel only

Before an agency buys, prove the report is safe to use.

This checklist turns the likely objection — “Can I show this to a client or use it before a sales call?” — into a pass/fail evaluation. It is built for one warm agency operator with a real local-service prospect, not for cold-volume traffic.

Buyer signal targeted

The question to answer before asking for volume.

Audience

Agency owner or freelancer

Someone who already sells web, SEO, ads, social, or fractional marketing services to local businesses.

Trigger

Named prospect or client

They can evaluate a report against a real business they need to pitch, retain, upsell, or diagnose this week.

Signal

Would they risk using it?

A paid starter order, named referral, sample request, or exact “not client-ready because…” objection is the only thing that counts.

Client-ready checklist

Use this to judge a Task Agents report in five minutes.

1. Source trailDoes the packet say what pages, reviews, videos, listings, competitors, or public evidence were checked? If not, the buyer cannot defend the recommendation.
2. Pattern summaryDoes it separate repeated patterns from one-off observations?Agencies need judgment, not a scrape dump.
3. Client-safe languageCan one paragraph be pasted into an internal note, sales-call brief, or client email without sounding like AI filler? This is where trust usually breaks.
4. Prioritized fixesDoes it name the first 3–5 actions, not 30 vague ideas?A small paid report must reduce choices.
5. Risk flagDoes it say when evidence is thin, uncertain, or needs human review before being shown externally?Honest caveats make the packet usable.
Metric affected

Qualified first-order conversion and objection quality.

Count only: paid starter order, named referral, proof/sample request, or exact purchase-blocking objection. This asset is a decision aid for one warm buyer; page views do not count.

When not to sell it

Disqualify soft interest.

Do not count “cool idea,” “send me more,” “might use this later,” or a generic agency intro. The right buyer has a business name, a live call or deliverable, and a yes/no standard for whether the report saves time.

Draft-only warm ask

Personal 1:1 copy Dimitri can send, not automated.

I’m pressure-testing whether these small AI research packets are agency-safe, not just interesting. If you had a local-service prospect call this week, would this checklist make an $11 website roast feel usable — or what would still stop you from buying? https://tasks.irislabs.dev/partners/client-ready-proof-checklist/
