Warm-channel measurement · no cold blasting

Turn every warm reply into a demand signal or a blocker.

Task Agents does not need more vague encouragement. It needs one of four evidence types: paid starter order, named qualified referral, proof/sample request, or an exact purchase-blocking objection. Use this card after any approved 1:1 warm conversation so replies are comparable instead of anecdotal.

What to record

Classify the reply before calling it growth.

A · Revenue

Paid first order

Buyer pays for Website Roast, Local SEO Gap Scan, Review Mining Report, TikTok Competitor Report, or another finite report. This is the strongest signal.

B · Qualified demand

Named referral or sample request

They name an agency/freelancer/client-service operator with a live use case, or ask for a specific sample they can judge.

C · Trust repair

Exact blocker

Capture the words, not a paraphrase: source quality, turnaround, client-readiness, price, data depth, “just ChatGPT,” unclear output, or no urgent client job.

Metric affected

Qualified reply rate and first-order conversion.

Count: order, named referral, sample/proof request, or verbatim blocker. Do not count: “cool,” “interesting,” broad willingness to look, page views, or a forwarded link with no named operator/use case.

Draft-only operator note
