Warm-channel qualification

Find the objection before asking for another intro.

Cold volume produced no demand signal. This card gives a referrer or agency buyer a narrow decision path: pick one live client use case, request proof, pay for a tiny starter, or name the exact trust blocker.

Draft-only copy

The warm reply to send after someone says “maybe.”

Quick filter so I don’t waste your time: Do you have one live client/prospect where a cheap research packet would help in the next 7 days? Pick the closest job: 1) website roast before a sales call 2) review mining for messaging/objections 3) TikTok/shortform competitor teardown 4) local SEO gap scan If yes, the clean test is a tiny paid starter order ($9–$19) with the target URL/reviews/account included. If no, the useful reply is the blocker: what would stop you trusting or forwarding this to a client?
Buyer objection mining

Convert vague interest into one measurable bucket.

Paid-order ready

They can name the client, the report type, and the decision date. Send the direct starter link, not the whole catalog.

Proof-needed

They ask whether output is client-ready or source-backed. Send the proof pack and ask which missing receipt would make it buyable.

Not qualified

They are AI-curious, have no live client, or want a subscription. Do not chase. Record the objection and move back to warm referrers.

Referrer scoring

Use this before requesting another name.

Has direct trust with an agency owner, freelancer, or account lead+2
Can point to a live client/prospect deadline in the next 14 days+2
Will forward a specific report type, not “AI tasks” generally+1
Only knows generic local-business inboxes or AI-curious people−3

Action threshold: pursue scores 4–5. Ask for more context at 2–3. Ignore scores below 2 until there is a stronger proof asset or a real buyer trigger.
